How do I deposit items?

Navigate to the "Deposit" tab, select the TF2 items you want to deposit from your Steam inventory, and confirm the trade offer. Once the trade is completed, the items will be stored in your website inventory.

How do I withdraw items?

Go to the "Inventory" tab, select the items you want to withdraw from your website inventory, and confirm. Make sure your Steam Trade URL is set in your profile settings. Our bot will send you a trade offer on Steam.

Where do I find my Steam Trade URL?

Go to your Steam Trade Offer Privacy Settings and copy your Trade URL. Paste it in your CHESTF profile settings.

My deposit has not been credited. What should I do?

If your deposit is not credited after 30 minutes, please contact support.

Is there a minimum deposit amount?

Yes, the minimum deposit is $1 USD. Deposits below this amount may not be detected by our system and could be lost.
